I have been doing a lot of different things. Of course, our nightly gameday duties are photographs and signage, as well as various partner activations such as VIP batting practice experiences.
I also attended my first Rays game as a fan the other day with my dad who was traveling from up north. It wasn't the greatest result (the Rays lost 1-0) but we had a good time and I got to spend some time with my dad for the first time in a long time.
The team has been playing well considering they have had a team-record amount of guys on the disabled list. It has been an exciting and challenging start to the season for fans and employees alike. You gain a great appreciation for the guys and for the daily product on and off the field, even if you do not necessarily call yourself a fan.
